Jojo brings a deep understanding of the complexities within family systems, including intergenerational communication and the pressures of fast-paced lifestyles. Her culturally sensitive approach is informed by her clinical experience in diverse urban settings such as New York City and Hong Kong, allowing her to support clients from a wide range of backgrounds and life stages. 

Her therapeutic practice integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Psychology, Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), and Narrative Therapy. Jojo helps clients explore how past experiences influence present realities, fostering greater self-awareness and emotional resilience. 

Having lived in Canada, the United States, and other countries, Jojo is attuned to the emotional and practical complexities that accompany relocation and life transitions. Her holistic, strengths-based approach is grounded in the belief that every individual possesses the capacity for healing and growth.
