Anjali is a Co-founder of Maple Tree Counselling and a Brand and Project Consultant under her own business that she founded in 2014, Pollination Projects. Over the course of her career, she has worked across a wide set of industries including hospitality & travel, arts & culture, start-ups and NGOs. She has worked for iconic global organisations such as the Richemont Group and Aman Resorts (11+ years), as well as founder led brands such as Song Saa and naked Hub. In parallel, she works on various social impact projects in the NGO space.
Alongside running Maple Tree Counselling, Anjali is partners in an Acceleration Platform (100X Project) generating fast and massive visibility on Google Search for small and large businesses. She also continues her work with The Zubin Foundation on a project basis and has been working as a Project Lead for Thrive Refugee Enterprise in Melbourne.
Anjali was born and raised in Hong Kong and educated in the US & France. She is proud of her Indian heritage and works to raise awareness of the minority experience advocating for diversity, equality and inclusion. She is trained in transformational coaching and coaches young South Asian women to cultivate empowerment.
She re-located to Melbourne Australia in 2023 and continues her work to build and manage Maple Tree Counselling Hong Kong and Melbourne branches alongside her work with 100X Project, The Zubin Foundation and Thrive Refugee Enterprise.

Maple Tree Counselling works out of discreet, smart and tranquil rooms on the 18th floor of China Building, 29 Queen’s Road, Central. The offices are directly above Central MTR Exit D.
