Counselling Psychologist
Dr. Friday works with adults who are trying to find their way through times of change, pressure, or uncertainty. They support individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward, helping them reconnect with purpose and clarity.
Amanda’s approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. They see therapy as a space to slow down and make sense of the stories that have shaped who you are. Together, you explore patterns that once protected you but now hold you back, and learn how to move forward with more ease, compassion, and direction.
With a PhD in Counselling and a background in competitive athletics and leadership development, Amanda specializes in career transitions, identity and purpose, burnout, anxiety, and emotional regulation. They integrate Narrative Therapy, the Unified Protocol, and DBT to help clients build balance, flexibility, and resilience in daily life.
Originally from the United States and now based in Hong Kong, Amanda values warmth, inclusivity, and cultural sensitivity in their work. Their clients often describe therapy with Amanda as grounding, clarifying, and quietly transformative.
